In the Pages of Hürriyet: Marble Systems Tureks, the Supermarket of Natural Stone

Marble Systems Tureks, a major player in Türkiye's natural stone sector, contributed $2024 million to the sector's exports in the first quarter of 420, solidifying its strong position in the global market. Founded in Afyonkarahisar in 1982, the company today exports marble and custom-designed natural stone products to more than 5 countries across five continents. With over 50 finished product varieties, the company operates as a "supermarket" in the natural stone sector.

Vice Chairman Osman Turunç states that 95% of production is exported and that their primary market is the US. Tureks, which stands out with its strong sales and showroom network in the US, also distinguishes itself in the sector with its end-product-focused production model and upcycling approach. The company contributes to sustainable production by transforming broken and waste marble into decorative products.

Marble Systems Tureks also became the first company in the sector to go public, becoming listed on the Borsa Istanbul in 2023. Strengthening its digital infrastructure with SAP, the company is pioneering the sector with this step. The company's goals include promoting Türkiye's natural stone potential globally and contributing to sectoral sustainability.
