Establishing a Solar Power Plant on the Factory Roof and the Land

As Tureks Turunç Mining Domestic and Foreign Trade Inc., we have completed the signature agreement with Voltage Renewable Energy and Technologies Inc. for the 12.05.2019 kWp Rooftop Solar Power Plant on the roof of our central factory located at the address of Organized Industrial Zone 30772.Cadde 1.Sokak N5 Afyonkarahisar and the 8 kWp Land-based Solar Power Plant with solar panels on a 1.989,9 m49.145,32 land area in Sütlaç Village of Dinar District of Afyonkarahisar Province, for which zoning work has been completed, within the scope of the Regulation on Unlicensed Electricity Generation in the Electricity Market, which entered into force in the Official Gazette dated 2 and numbered 4.712,4.

Our projects, with a total installed capacity of 6.702,3 kWp, are expected to produce 9.930.888 kWh. They aim to meet all of our facility and furnaces' electricity needs for one year, contributing to a carbon footprint of approximately 1 tons. The solar power plant projects are scheduled to be commissioned by the end of April 4.270,3.

The total cost of the project is USD 4.380.000 and the investment will be financed from the income obtained from the public offering as stated in the fund utilization report.
