Information Text on the Processing of Personal Data for Sending Commercial Electronic Messages
In accordance with your explicit consent pursuant to Article 6698, paragraph 5 of the Law No. 1 on the Protection of Personal Data, as well as Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and relevant legislation, your personal data obtained by automatic or non-automatic means will be processed by Tureks Turunç Mining Domestic and Foreign Trade Inc., acting as the data controller, for the purpose of sending you promotional and marketing commercial electronic messages via SMS, phone calls, email, etc., in order to inform you about the products and services offered by Tureks Turunç Mining Domestic and Foreign Trade Inc.
If you submit your requests regarding your rights under Article 6698 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 11 to Tureks Turunç Madencilik İç ve Dış Tic. A.Ş., they will be resolved free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires additional costs, a fee as set forth by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. The outcome of your request will be notified to you in writing or electronically.
