B. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION METHODS AND LEGAL REASONS:
Your personal data is collected by Tureks Turunç Mining Domestic and Foreign Trade Inc. based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the Law: it is expressly prescribed by law, it is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations, it is made public by the relevant person, and it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller. Your personal data is collected electronically, physically, verbally, or in writing; within the company building, through your internet access, your identification document, your license plate information, verbally, or through closed-circuit cameras located on our campus.
C. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA:
Tureks Turunç Mining Domestic and Foreign Trade Inc. may transfer the personal data it processes as the data controller to our group companies and legally authorized public institutions and organizations within the framework of the purposes set forth in section (A), particularly for the management of access records, fulfillment of our obligations arising from legislation, and establishment of physical security in company premises.
D. RIGHTS OF THE RELEVANT PERSON AS STATED IN ARTICLE 11 OF THE LAW:
Under the law, the data subject has the right to be informed and to obtain consent before the processing, recording, transfer, sharing and storage of their personal data, and the right to determine the fate of their data after the processing, recording, transfer, sharing and storage of the data. In this context, the data subject has the right to:

If you submit your requests regarding your rights listed above, along with the necessary identification information and explanations regarding the right you wish to exercise, in accordance with the application procedures stipulated in the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller, to the e-mail address of the Company you are a visitor of, from the e-mail addresses listed at the end of the text, or to the address "Organize Sanayi Bölge 1.cad 5.sok No:8 Merkez / Afyonkarahisar", your request will be finalized as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. While there is no fee for applications, if the completion of such requests requires an additional cost, the applicant may be charged a fee according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board under the Ministry of Justice.
